Claire Almand is an energetic Marketing Wizard leveraging knowledge of digital trends and technology to deliver comprehensive strategies and beautiful designs for small businesses and organizations. She works with a team of expert nerds and magic makers to transform innovative ideas into reality.

Claire has approaching nine years of experience working at the intersection of human behavior, digital marketing, and technology management. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Prior to business school, Claire worked as a behavior analyst for a team of clinical psychologists, and later as a marketing manager for a local restaurant and art gallery. After a few years of making magic, Claire received a critical mass of inquiries which pushed her to start her own business as a digital marketing consultant.

During business school, Claire focused on marketing strategy, design thinking, and business communications, and left her mark as her class' V.P. of Marketing & Communications and as the first graduate assistant for the Business Communications program. Her career reflects her passion for helping small businesses make a big impact, and she currently works as an Manager at local fintech start-up, MPOWER Financing.

When not working, Claire enjoys diving into psychology studies and fantasy novels in equal measure. She is also an avid trail runner and landscape photographer. She’s known for her creativity, agility, leadership, and zest for life.
